Nothing special to note for today. Connor got sent home for calling Tasha and I idiots and then calling Jan a "fucking bitch." Yep, he's four years old and cusses out his teachers. Was ten minutes late going to break Yailyn and, when I called up front to ask where Yana was, I guess she went down and yelled at Erin because Yana and Erin were both scheduled in there and neither one of them were there.
I then went on my lunch break and, when I came back, seriously had the afternoon from hell. Jeanette was breaking in there and her son, Alex, is notorious for being the first one up. She let him get off his mat and pretty much wreak mayhem, so he woke up all of the other kids by 1:35 when nap time isn't over until 2:15. Spent a hellacious hour trying to change diapers and keep the kids under control and then, after snack, Sara had diarrhea everywhere, so I had to change that and she got sent home. Luckily, 5 of my kids were picked up by 5, so it was just Willie and I at the end of the day.
After work, I got to talk to Darrick for the first time in several days and I seriously couldn't wipe the smile off my face. So nice to get to hear from him again. Came home and watched an episode of How I Met Your Mother while we ate dinner and am about to settle in to watch Without a Paddle for the first time before bed.
Things I learned today:
1. Four year olds know words like "fuck" and "bitch."
